Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in Conventional Bank BRI Ciamis Branch Office, West Java

The purpose of this study is to find out the model and implementation Islamic business ethics carried by Bank BRI Ciamis branch office, where in carrying its it has put forward principles serving consumers. academic problem that arises KC a non-sharia bank, but service consumers prioritizes ethical values such as being fair, honest, trustworthy, besides majority employees are Muslims. author tries reveal dig into research using descriptive analysis data sources obtained through technical interviews, observation documentation. findings at bank ethics, can be proven 10 behaviors personnel, including: 1) Excellent Service, 2) work 3) effectively 4) efficiently 5) prioritizing responsibility, 6) 7) mutual respect, 8) full innovation, 9) positive attitude 10) trust As for added value, namely brand "serving with sincerity."
 Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui dan pelaksanaan etika bisnis islami yang dilakukan oleh kantor cabang Ciamis, dimana dalam bisnisnya ia telah mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip melayani konsumen. Adapun akademik muncul adalah non-syariah, namun pelayanan kepada konsumen nilai-nilai seperti besikap adil, jujur, amanah, selain itu mayoritas pegawai beragama islam. Penulis berusaha menguak serta menggali menggunakan analisis deskriptif sumber diraih melalui teknis wawancara, observasi dokumentasi. Hasil temuan menyatakan bahwa di prinsip islami, hal dapat dibuktikan Prilaku insan BRI, meliputi: Pelayanan Prima, karyawan bekerja secara efektif efisien tanggungjawab, saling menghargai, penuh inovatif, sikap positif kepercayaan sebagai nilai tambah dari yakni" dengan setulus hati."
